Hilary began studying in 1997 and was very fortunate to spend time living and working at the Buqi Institute with the Shen family. She was able to attend many courses with them, working as an interpreter.

Hilary began studying in 1997 and was very fortunate to spend time living and working at the Buqi Institute with the Shen family. During this time she assisted Dr Shen on courses and with the production of the books Taiji 37, Taijiwuxigong and Buqi. In 2002 she moved to Brighton and has been teaching and practising in the area since then. She loves to pass on the knowledge of the Buqi system.
